Ravi Goka is the founding director of C3X Design and FRAKTAL Knest/STUDIO C3X. He spearheads the strategic direction and creative leadership of the company. With over two decades of experience in automotive and industrial design, Ravi has established himself as a renowned expert in his field. A graduate of architecture, with a master’s from the prestigious Industrial Design Centre (IDC) at IIT-Bombay, Ravi’s foundation in design principles and human-centred approach has informed his work across various domains. Prior to founding C3X Design, Ravi held a leadership role at TVS Motor Company Limited, where he headed the motorcycle design vertical and was responsible for award-winning motorcycle designs for the company. Throughout his career, Ravi has demonstrated a passion for fostering creative talent, having groomed and managed teams for over 2 decades. His commitment to crafting exceptional product experiences that enhance people’s lives is evident in his diverse portfolio, which encompasses mobility solutions, private residences, home interiors, commercial office spaces, and exclusive furniture designs. Ravi’s work is characterized by his dedication to innovation, sustainability, and timeless design. His award-winning furniture designs, which revive traditional bamboo weaving techniques, showcase his ability to merge heritage craftsmanship with modern sensibilities. As the driving force behind C3X Design and STUDIO C3X, Ravi continues to push the boundaries of design excellence, inspiring his team to create spaces and products that elevate the human experience.
Phani Kumar, as Design Director and Partner at C3X Design, oversees the successful delivery of all projects, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail. With nearly three decades of experience in architecture, Phani has established himself as a seasoned expert in managing projects of varying scales. His impressive portfolio encompasses a wide range of projects, including home & office interiors, private residences, commercial projects, and institutional projects such as educational, hospitality, healthcare, apartments, and mixed-use developments. Phani has collaborated with reputable developers in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Visakhapatnam, and Chennai, delivering high-profile, landmark projects that showcase his expertise. Phani leads a team with expertise in Concept Design & Execution, Project management, Design Documentation, Site supervision, Build coordination, and tender management. Phani’s dedication to translating design concepts into reality ensures that the completed projects of C3X Design exceed client expectations, combining aesthetic appeal with functional excellence.
